Complementing our treatment systems, Zeroday supplies pump skids and ready to use pump skids. These systems are useful for a wide variety of polymer solution and chemical feeding and transfer pumping applications, including pumping slurries/sludges. The goal is to provide an effective, easy to place into operation, ready to use pump systems … just plumb in, plug in and run.
Pump options include progressive cavity and peristaltic pumps as follows:
 Progressive Cavity Pumps:
Very good all around low maintenance chemical and polymer pumps that provide very consistent operational performance. The pumps are highly capable in a very wide range of applications. All pump drives have NEMA 4 enclosures, provide excellent resistance to the elements and are available with either AC or DC VFD. As options, these pump skids can be supplied with wash down motors and/or 4-20 mA control signals for remote control applications. Pump rate size capacities include 4.7, 9.4, 15 and 25 gpm maximum flowrates.
Peristaltic Pumps:
Zeroday’s Masterflex and Ponndorf tube pump lines (Masterflex flyer) provide a full range of metering and pumping capabilities for essentially any application. Volumetric pump rates range from 1 ml/minute to 175 gpm and can feed essentially any chemical and polymer product as well as pump slurries and sludges. Several types of pumps are available and include a range of options and pump/tubing materials of construction to allow specifically designed system for the application requirements.
