Our hoses are outstanding quality spiral wrapped and precision ground. Precision grinding, which is an extra fabrication step that ensures high hose dimensional consistency, reduces power consumption, increases hose life, and maximizes pumping accuracy.
Some pump manufacturers do not precision grind their hoses that leads to accelerated hose wear and significantly lower useful life; overstressing pump, gearbox, and motor bearings; and can result in damaging pumped material backflow which reduces flowrates and increases destructive hose erosion. Non precision ground hoses dramatically increases peristaltic pump cost of ownership. Do not take a chance with lower quality hoses!
