Starting with the hand-carried, battery-powered 1.0 liter/minute sampler, customized automatic samplers feature multiple heads and solar-powered battery charging for remote composite sampling systems.

Samplers are based on robust, effective and reliable peristaltic pump technology:

  • Sample solutions, water and slurries
  • Self-prime, suction up to 26 feet (8 meters)
  • Run dry, effectively evacuate air from lines
  • Stand-alone in “box” samplers to settle in feed with solar-powered PLCs to collect samples on schedule
  • Pump rates of 0.5 – 2.3 L/min available
  • Solution and slurry contact limited to inside the tube
  • Corrosion-resistant for use in a wide range of environments
  • Rugged and durable casing for long, useful life
  • Available in different battery options — interchangeable batteries for 110-volt outlet, vehicle inverter and solar charge

 

Hand-Carried Portable Sampler

  • Operates on 12-V battery
  • Easy battery charging with a 110-V outlet
  • Other customized power options possible
  • Battery field charging with a vehicle cigarette light adaptor or from an interchangeable second battery
  • Optional extra battery for easy battery swap to extend field work
  • Comes in plastic case with carrying grip
  • Total field weight with standard unit is 21 pounds (9.6 kilograms)
  • Standard installed battery provides approximately 1 hour 40 minutes of operation
